Non so cosa fare…”.

(ENGLISH VERSION)
The mistake of pleasing others, losing sight of one’s self can be dangerous; the only solution is to be as we are, at all costs.
In life, to be able to adapt to different situations and people is certainly useful, but if it means neglecting themselves, it is not good:
- such behavior in the long run is likely only creating uneasiness and discontent.
That’s what happened to Laura, who recounts:
- “Now since two years I suffer from anxiety and dizziness and I go repeating that the person I married is not really the right one for me. I do not recognize myself anymore, I do not feel to be myself and I regret having allowed others to make me who I am not. I do not know what to do … “.
The inconveniences are the alarm bells: listen to them
Every day we deal with our partners, parents, colleagues, children …
And often what you end up doing is to put aside our true essence and show others just the “façade”, the mask:
- always smiling, compliant and available to meet the demands of others.
This will not do:
- more wear that mask, more dissatisfaction and malaise inner increase.
Clinical experience shows us every day how bad relationships can in many cases degenerate into real psychosomatic disorders, as in the case of Laura. The body can not lie and through the discomfort is warning us that something in our life is not for us.
Who finds himself … finds a treasure
By changing the direction of their gaze and repositioning it on yourself, you will notice that the anxiety and inconvenience a little by little will vanish.
The Self of every person not to be upstaged:
- on the contrary, it needs to come to light and be expressed, as well as their needs, their ideas, their way of being in the world that on no account must adapt to those of another person.
To make sure this does not happen you have to identify the relationships that can be harmful to our self and keep them away from our lives, or at least not fall into the error to please the other, giving up our own welfare.
