L’organismo fatica a ritrovare l’equilibrio.

(ENGLISH VERSION)
Eating at breakfast dried fruit makes you active, and helps to prevent binge eating by increasing satiety and above all it improves the performance of your brain.
We all have an inner clock strikes precisely the body’s activities. This “natural hourglass” is regulated by several factors:
- the alternating day-night,
- the phases of the moon,
- sleep and wakefulness.
But also the meal times, the shift work, and stress. Really it takes much to send you “out of phase”. It is normal then, at certain times of the year, that you may need an extra push to deal with the usual lucidity daily tasks.
The body asks this help especially at the turn of November and December, the height of the wet season and at the peak of the transition to winter.
Activities that a few months ago we were doing without any difficulties now seem overwhelming of all strength. It seems hard for the body to regain balance. To help it, the best thing is to start with a proper breakfast, which should not be missed almonds and raisins. Introduce it in your diet: it only takes a few to make a difference …
Almonds and raisins give sprint to you metabolism
The morning is the crucial time to take action on energy reserves and awaken your metabolism, which at this stage of the day starts to awake … It is from 8 to 12 that the production of energy hormones increases (at night was the minimum levels).
A hearty breakfast is needed to start the day with its usual determination, but not enough. Make sure you take to wright intake of vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates: they are the fuel that makes us get up in the evening.
If the tank is empty (or full of poor fuel) we risk arriving at mid-day with no energy and prey to hunger pangs.
With the dried grapes you renewal nerve tissue
The energizing of raisins, which is obtained by drying the grapes, have been investigated by US researchers at the University of California Davis. The study, published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, showed that people who eat supplements of raisins before a workout improves athletic performance than, say, those who drink only water. The little brown raisins berries contain many minerals: very high concentration of potassium, calcium and iron, and then fiber and antioxidants.
Almonds encourage concentration
Almonds are a small bundle of energy and support the nervous system. Many contain monounsaturated fats, which are good for the heart and arteries, minerals (manganese, magnesium, calcium, copper and phosphorus) and vitamin E and B2.
But avoid eating those bitter: their unpleasant taste is due to amigdalina, a toxic substance that can only be eliminated by prolonged cooking and otherwise makes almonds unfit.
