Ripeti 10 volte.
Alghe atlantiche e aneto ossigenano e regalano benessere

(ENGLISH VERSION)
If in this period you feel listless, swollen and with dull skin, you need a detoxifying path that will wake the whole body and win laziness.
After so many months of darkness and cold, the light returns in March, but often, once the season has changed, the body is still paying the price of a winter spent indoors and without adequate physical activity. To get rid of the greyness and laziness, giving new impetus to all the metabolic functions but also to the brain, one or two days a week – the weekend is the ideal time – turns your bathroom into a small spa, where you can get rid of toxins and give a breath of energy to the body and also to the mind. The treatments inspired by the North European tradition are among the most effective for recovering tone and vitality and saying goodbye to laziness.
Thus preparing the ground for treatments expel laziness
The bathroom is, together with the bedroom, the room to devote to treatments. Brighten the environment with the soft light of a Himalayan pink salt lamp or a natural beeswax candle, which delicately perfumes the atmosphere.
In the burnt essence it pours a mixture of eucalyptus and lemon essential oils that purify the air and, at an olfactory level, create a spa effect.
For baths with immersion in the tub, get a thermometer and make sure that the temperature is around 37 degrees and that it allows you a slight sweating.
Avoid eating before and after treatments: if the body is engaged in digestive processes, you may experience nausea and dizziness.
The essences of silver fir and juniper open the bronchi
Run hot water in the tub or shower, close the windows and the door. Let the steam accumulate in the room so as to create a sort of banya, a steam bath typical of the Russian tradition. In a diffuser pour 2 drops of essential oil of silver fir and 2 of juniper and breathe deeply to clean the bronchi of impurities and increase pulmonary ventilation.
Make Swedish self-massage that loosens up liquid jams
To clean up the body, try Swedish self-massage. It identifies the points of the lymphatic system where toxins accumulate: base of the cervical, attachment of the shoulder blades, armpits, fold of the arm, on the abdomen at the height of the ovaries, at the attachment of the legs and behind the knee. With the index and middle fingers, massage these points in a circular motion. Repeat 10 times.
Atlantic algae and dill oxygenate and give well-being
Bring 2 liters of water to a boil, add 100 g of whole leaves of Fucus vesiculosus (find it in herbal medicine). Boil for 15 minutes in a covered pot, then filter the infusion into a jug: pour the liquid into the tub and put the leaves in a small muslin sachet together with 100 g of Epsom salts (originating in Great Britain) binds the whole to mo ‘bag and put them under the tap. Take a 20 minute bath. To increase the effect, add 5 drops of essential dill oil to the bath. If you don’t have time for the bath, you can rub the body with a gauze bag filled with Fucus vesiculosus leaves or create a mixture of Epsom salts and fucus seaweed powder to gently massage on the body before the hot shower.
After the bath, apply the sea buckthorn ointment
Exit the tank, before drying the skin, massage a generous layer of sea buckthorn oil, a mine of essential fatty acids, in particular the Omega 7, which is always circulated from the bottom upwards in the direction of the heart. nourishes the tissues. Relax for 30 minutes sipping a detox juice obtained by mixing 50 ml of sea buckthorn juice in a glass of birch sap: the sea buckthorn clears the intestinal tract, while the birch lymph drains the lymphatic system.
